I saw this purple metallic bubble tube dress (in black also) at WetSeal today and 2 people came to mind. The Hills hoochies, aka Heidi Montag and Adrianna. hehehe. They’re the 2 people I have a feeling would bravely pull this off. Would you? If you’re dying to have it, well, it’s $24.50.
