It seems Forever21 found a clever and stylish way to mix together a blouse and a pencil skirt outfit. By putting the two together and then cinching it with a built-in-belt. What you get is a colorblock dress like the one I featured yesterday and the following belted colorblock dresses below.

For fall, wear tights underneath then pair with either bootie, oxford pumps or pumps. Come warmer days, go with bare legs, pumps or stilettos. *ROWR* 
. The second dress is a nice office dress, don’t you think? The 1st one, you’ll have to wear a cami top underneath so you’re not showing too much cleavage. Add a fitted blazer on both and you’re chic as can be.
