This multicolored (yellow, black, ivory) ruffled tiered top was another great find of mine the same day I found my purple Cleopatra neck dress and red belted tunic.
Not only is this tiered top fun and flirty, it’s very flattering too. Believe it or not, the tiered ruffles hide the little bumps or tummy pooch I have. That’s my fashion tip of the day
