My Halloween Costume : A Fashion Don’t

I could kill Star for talking me into wearing this atrocious outfit. For some reason, the girl says “do it”, and I’m gullible enough to say Yes, then take pictures and post ‘em here. But then again I’d do anything so she’ll give me, I mean my daughter, one of her designer bags like the LV Epi someday. Well she promised me a picture of her own “fashion don’t” costume. Something about UGGS. So if she doesn’t post her pictures in her website I have you all as my back-up and witnesses.
Why is this ensemble considered a “fashion don’t?
Oh goodness, where do I begin? Let me count the ways…
- blue Yankee baseball hat (they didn’t make it to World Serious)
- blue bangles with a baseball hat(ARRRGH)
- Denim blazer over Denim top
- Blue Beads necklace
- The latter two with denim jeans
- The whole thing with a pair of blue canvas sneakers.
Why do I own so much blue in the first place? Well, blue is my favorite color. Each of these blue pieces are great, if worn separately. I absolutely love my Levi’s Denim Blazer. I’m also a huge fan of the Yankees. Win or Lose. I’m a top/tee/blouse and jeans kind of gal as much as the next person but denim on denim is just against the law in my opinion.
