Leave it to Nine West to update a denim dress by turning it into a surplice v-neck smocked empire waist denim dress. I think it’s a perfect casual dress. Denim as it maybe 
. The ruched short sleeves and smocking and ruched on the waist makes it so trendy and pretty. Know what I mean. It’s on sale for $39.50 and is available in sizes XS to XL. Cool!
