Call me crazy but I can’t stop smiling at this Petal Tiered Top. I am having mixed feelings toward it and I’m afraid it’s more to the YAY side.

That’s 9 tiers of sheen petals and a banded hem. It’s kinda cute without the risk of looking like feathers. Well, in the picture anyway. I wonder how it would look like on a person, close up. What do you think? Is this Petal tiered top a yay or nay in your book?

Im actually leaning on the YAY side myself. I dont know if I could pull it off but I’d give it a try.
Hmm, it looks like a lot of fun but I think it would only work for someone that didn’t have boobs.
Otherwise it would only make the top half look bigger. (Btw, all the cute tops are for small chested gals, pfft!)
