Even though Rose McGowan changed the color of her hair from red to brunette, she still looked radiant, as usual, in a red halter dress with ruffled hem and tan slingback peep-toe pumps. It’s a casual dress but leave it to Rose to “pump” it up with a sexy tan peep-toe-pumps.
Here’s my version of Rose McGowan’s red dress and peep-toe slingback pumps look for less.

There’s only a few available of that red dress so if you like it, hurry before it disappears. Please note that I couldn’t find the exact color of Rose’s pumps so I hope the darker color would do. I think it looks fine
