How beautiful is this satin floral strapless bubble hem dress? Can you believe it’s only $22.80? But then again it’s from Forever21 so Yes, we can believe it alright.
The white and black combo with the black floral design makes this cocktail dress oh-to-die for. I really love the pleated bubble skirt. Pair with black pumps, maybe a pair of silver teardrop earrings, a silver cuff bracelet and you are good to go. You can wear a choker necklace if you want but personally. I’d go bare in the neck for this dress.
Black tights with pumps? Sure why not. It’s cold after all. But I like my first suggestion better.
