I must be honest and confess that I had no idea what SPINLASH was when it arrived in my doorstep. My husband on the other hand was impressed that I’ve just gotten it in the mail. Not that he wears make-up, not at all..LOL, but it’s sad that he’s familiar with it and I’m not. Apparently he had seen commercials on TV. Me the oblivious one, haven’t caught it or just wasn’t paying attention to it. 2 kids, blogging, chores, laundry and a husband can do that to you
.
Anyhoooooo, I was so excited to try it out coz SPINLASH promises no clumps in mascara. I so needed something like this coz I’m always left with those pesky clumps. So how does it actually works? Click for more…
SPINLASH mascara has a brush that rotates 360 degrees in both directions, upper and lower lashes. While you’re applying your mascara, it’s also removing the clumps leaving you a clean looking made-up eyes. SPINLASH comes with two shades, black and brown. OR, you could use your usual brand. Do the usual dipping with the SPINLASH brush and let the thing do it’s job by hitting the arrows located on the SPINLASH handle.
I’ve only used it a few times. I’m still trying to get used to holding a rotating mascara brush. I’m not that good with makeup application so it’s a little hard for me to handle beauty gadgets..LOL. I don’t know if you could tell the difference from the pictures but yes I’m wearing SPINLASH mascara on the second picture. I apply my mascara very light and I wasn’t blessed with my kids long lashes. Not a lot of clumps and it felt nice not having to use the lash brush manually after just putting my mascara on. SPINLASH did both task, at the same time. It takes a little bit of getting used to for beauty products n00b like me.
SPINLASH is available at Target, CVS and Claire’s. If you come back next month for our Anniversary contests, you could be one of the 5 lucky gals who’ll get one. Uh huh. So see you then. In the meantime, check out the mentioned stores for SPINLASH so you could maybe practice and stop walking around with clumped eyelashes

I am extremely clumsy so I was scared to get this anywhere near my eyes! I have sparse and short lashes. For me, it didn’t do anything but create a mess and I even used my own mascara (L’oreal Voluminous). Also, the batteries aren’t replaceable so once it’s out – it’s out. It’s a novel idea but I’m better off with my lash comb/brush/curler, lol.
I think the batteries lasts as long as we need to replace mascaras anyway.. 6 mos? . But yeah I know what you mean. I’m a n00b with beauty gadgets so I’m still getting used to it.
That’s an interesting product…
I can’t wait to try it!
looks very gimmicky like something you would use for a month then stop using. I’m passing on this gizmo.
I have to admit I like gimmicky stuff
thank you for the review
I would like to try this! Never heard of it!
Excellent review!
It probably won’t be around long!
I also ordered spinlash from their site and well, maybe it’s me but I can’t seem to get a handle on the little brush gizmo.
I always seem to be hitting the arrow the wrong way. Even after taking my time my lashes were nothing special.
I prefer my own Almay mascara to the spinlash.
I get better results.
I would not buy this product again.
can’t really see the difference.
think it might be a gimmick
wouldn’t get it.
