Steve and Barry’s just filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection yesterday.
So how does this affect SJ’s Bitten Line? Amanda Byne’s as well. How about the $15 Stephon Marbury sneakers? I was planning on shopping there for my son’s Back-to-School clothes.
All I could say is, maybe Sarah Jessica Parker should’ve worn one of her dresses during the Sex and The City Movie premiere. Then she would’ve helped with sales big time. And, she wouldn’t been perturbed and embroiled in one of the biggest fashion-gate with her Nina Ricci gown that has actually been worn by Lauren Santo Domino and Lindsay Lohan before her.
I know I know, I love stirring the pot. Hehe

I went into this store once. All the good stuff was gone already. And, a lot of it was cheaply made…
I think for a small child, it’s great because they have a lot of basics and they grow so fast anyway.
We don’t have Steve & Barry’s where I live. I always wished that we did and I’m surprised they’re filing Chapter 11.
I liked the SJP stuff in the store and the store itself but it’s hard to get to the only one here. I don’t think her wearing the dress would have helped too much because nothing in her line is really chic enough for a premiere. I figure she’ll move it somewhere else though…

They do have a lot of good skirts. I mean for pants and skirts, it’s always a steal.. but the store I went to had already been rampaged by other buyers… so most of the good stuff was already gone.
I never been to that store before. It’s to bad they had to file for chapter 11.
I’ve never seen Amanda Bynes line. I think it’s called Deer or Dear.

Just visited the Walden Galleria one first time (I’m from TO) and the place was really picked over. I’m surprised they don’t re-stock. Product quality was somewhat like Walmart but what can you expect for $8.95 an item!?!?
