How beautiful is this royal blue open shoulder top? The color alone is making me drool. As soon as I saw it, I was like, “OMGosh, I want it”. That open shoulder is very sexy. The flowy bodice is flattering. The smocked hem gives that a little ooomph into it. And Blue is my favorite color . I’d wear this with dark wash jeans and heels.
