I fell in love with this La Belle Retro Dress as soon as I saw it. I love the colorblock style and the colors used to feature the 3 panels. Since it’s only $15, I figured I’d create a look for less for all of us. A simple dress and heels outfit that could work for any occasion.

The dress itself has a colorblock style utilizing the black, grey and hot pink colors. It’s accented with a circle rhinestone on the shoulder and gathered waist detail. This retro dress is really lovely. For a cover up, a glam satin coat wouldn’t hurt to have. A sexy pair of evening stilettos and a black clutch are all you need to complete your look. Perhaps diamond stud and tennis bracelet for accessories too if you want.

After having been absent from Forever21 for a while now, I checked the dresses out today and one of the dresses I like is this Tubular Beaded Striped Dress. It has a fun and flirty qualities that I could see myself wearing with either booties or knee-high boots. I created a look for less to show you how I’ve interpret the dress for a casual look.

The knotted detailing on the side is stunning. I only added a touch of color in the cuff bracelet because I wanted to maintain the color the gray & black color scheme. Plus I would actually love a pop of bolder color in the handbag. So if I would wear this dress right now, a patent colored tote would be great. I am thinking either red, blue, burgundy, purple, yah know, somewhere along those color shades. A shimmering clutch would be perfect as well

I know that whatever purse you pick, you would look stunning in this chiffon wrap dress. A night out in town with your girlfriends or a date, perhaps?

You’ve seen my Forever21 Paisley Print Maxi Dress, now here’s the Floral Smocked Maxi Dress that I also bought from Forever21.

Summer Look : Floral Smocked Maxi Dress & Gladiator Flats

I did a mini-photoshoot with my husband as the photographer using the Nikon D40. I thought taking the pictures outside with the grass would look beautiful with the dress. I was right. I felt like a model .

This floral maxi dress is flowy and also very long. I had to scrunch it up a bit when walking to make sure I don’t step on the hem and fall flat on my face.

I paired it with my CATO gladiator flats, accessorized with a black bangle, hoop earrings, and sunnies. What do you think?

I’m glad this floral embroidery dress is in black because I think it would look too overboard if it’s on the lighter hues like pink, red or yellow. This paisley maxi dress is gorgeous if I say so myself. Actually, my husband said it’s pretty . It’s also very comfortable and light. I have to tell you though that the dress is floor length. In the standing picture, notice how I was scrunching it on the side? Because it’s long and I wanted to show my gladiator flats in the picture too. I am 5′7 and the dress is still long for me. So if you are less than 5′7 height, you might have to get the hem shortened so you’re not dragging a tail when you wear it.

Overall, I love this maxi dress. And the whole thing (except the watch and bracelet) costs me $44.79

I first saw the polka-dot trapeze top a week ago. I planned on creating an outfit for it days after but I got so distracted and forgot about it. Then I saw the Gabriella Rocha polka-dot heels yesterday so I knew then that it would look good with the trapeze top. It’s almost like a match made in fashion heaven, heh.
