I always find an excuse to wear a glamourous dress.. LOL. The blue heron color is a little pale for my test but I’ll live with it. I love the backless and bow detail in the back. I used to have an aversion to flats after my first pair like 4 years ago coz I like height in my shoes but when I stumbled upon a blue polka-dot pair, I’m not such a flat-snob anymore. When I saw a cover ad of the burgundy pleated and ribbon flats from PAYLESS sent to my e-mail for $16.99 I know I had to have a pair.
