I’ve tried 2 Kathleen Lewis products. Stiff and Sore and Lip Balm.

Stiff and Sore is a peppermint scented cream to alleviate muscle’s aches and pains. I so needed this last week when after a hardcore exercise. Talk about great timing. When you see “peppermint” you’d think you’d feel that cold and icy taste but not at all. When you apply it in your skin, you’ll feel a mild heat that soothes and rejuvenate your aching muscles. Lip Balm is probably one of the best lip balms I’ve ever used. I swear. Most lip balms are flavored that well for me personally, I end up licking. Those flavored lip balms don’t stay on my lips. Their effects are gone before I even leave my house. It’s the brain working, ‘hmm, it’s sweet so I must lick it off. Not with Kathleen Lewis Lip Balm. You put it on and you forget it’s there. I was contemplating on getting my bangs last week remember? Well, I’ve gone ahead and got it back. My son was surprised when he saw me.

“Oh you got your bangs back, you look pretty with your bangs. How come you cut it off before? I couldn’t see your bangs. But now you have it back”.

I had to explain it to him that I didn’t “cut off” my bangs. It grew so I have been sweeping it off on the side. He said, “ooohh, I like your bangs better”

My husband said I look nice but then again that was after he’s had 2 beers..hehe. He defended himself by saying, “you know I mean it”. I believe him. The first time I decided to get my bangs which was like last January of last year he said it’s sexy and that I should’ve done it a long time ago .

Oh and if those 2 aren’t enough, I got hit on by an old lady at the grocery store..LOL. When she was approaching I initially thought she was going to say how cute my daughter is coz well, she gets that a lot. Imagine my surprise when said, “you have the most beautiful smile“. I looked at my daughter, then back at the old lady just to make sure she meant me, and she repeated it. “You really have the most beautiful smile“. Well thanks errrrr Grama?… Hehehehe.

*Oh some dude at Burger King smiled and kept on looking at me while he was leaving but we’re going to keep that a secret. Shhhhhhh

What do I think about MAC Fafi? I love it. Shimmery, and the colors are so much fun. MAC Fafi is supposed to be for “young” women but if you love make-up and MAC, you’ll adore the Fafinettes as well. Just the packaging(refer above picture) alone will make you want to haul the whole store home . As for the Nomination Star Necklace, I love it’s versatility. You can wear it during the day or a night out in town.
