Hawaiian Tropic Sunblock Oil Free Faces SPF 30 is what I have been using as a sunscreen for my face. I have combination oily and sensitive skin and Hawaiian Tropic Sunblock Oil Free Faces SPF 30 is what I’ve discovered worked for me. I think it was 2003 when I first found it at the Commissary in Upstate New York. I haven’t used anything else ever since.

I like it coz it’s light and non-greasy. It doesn’t make me feel all cakey or sticky even with my make-up on. It also has a mild scent which I prefer when it comes to sunscreen.

SRP is almost $9 but for me it’s worth spending a little bit more when it comes to sunscreen. Right now it’s on sale at Drugstore.com for $7.47. If you prefer light, non-greasy and mild scent with SPF 30 for your face sunscreen I recommend Hawaiian Tropic Sunblock Oil Free Faces.

The Beauty of Color by Iman is a gift from the hubs. He saw me working on my make-up breakdown post this weekend and the other day he came home from work and surprised me by handing this book. Isn’t he just the sweetest? He asked later that night if I like it coz he thought I’d be able use it for my blog. He’s romantic like that. He surprises me with things even though we’re not necessarily celebrating an occasion.

About the book, it’s quite informative. All sorts of tips for Women in color. How-To’s for different skin types, conditions, ages and looks. I’m enjoying it so far. Who knew there are so many types of brushes, hehe.

Rihanna and Her New Short Hair

A little break from all our bargains, let’s talk about Rihanna and her new kick-ass short hair. Talk about a Bob. This short hairstyle reminds me of Demi Moore’s hair for the movie GHOST which by the way I had done with my hair after watching the movie. I hated it afterwards. I looked fine, It was just such a big change for me after having a long hair all my life. That’s when I vowed to never cut my hair short again…LOL.

But anyway, Rihanna looks great. But then again she looks great with any hair style. Even if she’s wearing a huge belt buckle for a top

I must also give Rihanna props for her grey gown. I don’t understand the multi-color ribbon on the back but it’s ok. It added color to the dress. The grecian-inspired shoes is marvelous too. Check out how high it is. And check out all her rings. FABULOUS!

Here’s Eva Longoria in London showing off her new hairstyle. Eva Longoria has bangs. Woohoo. She’s always sported long hair with long bangs swept on the side. I’ve become and avid fan of hairstyle with bangs. I love my bangs. And iVillage did say that bangs will continue to be the “it” hairstyle for 2008. Awesome

SIL Video : Incoco Dry Nail Applique Review, Sorta!

I wrote last month that I was going to take pictures of a step-by-step process for the Incoco Dry Nail Applique but changed my mind and dabbled with a video instead. That’s why it took me this long to post a follow-up. Pictures would probably have been faster(and easier) but I am determined to take Style It Less to the multimedia medium. Now I’m not sure if it was the right decision… LOL. Oh Lordy. Well, without further adieu, let’s call today, “make fun of Dexie Day” since I’m sure afterwards you’d all be pissed at me for wasting your time…hehe. But that’s ok coz I really do like Incoco.
