DECODED Tonal Block Belted Cardigan was originally $18 but it had the red ticket 50% off so I only paid half. I love the wine color and the tonal blocks on it. It’s got a removable belt which I preferred that way I can incorporate other colored belt in it. Wearing a belted cardigan over a top has been showcased a lot on different TV shows and fashion magazines these days for 2008 Spring Fashion.
