I had so much fun putting together this Under $100 Holiday Look consisted of a ruffled top, skirt and booties. If we didn’t do red for our Family Picture last year, I would sooo rock this outfit this year for our picture. But I’ve decided to use another color for our theme this year. BUT, I could wear this anywhere. Maybe not quite a Church outfit, but perhaps while visiting the family members after opening gifts on Christmas morning.
