I wish the length is a little longer though. I’d look desperate with this dress on. I love the color, heart-shaped top, and the ruffled tiered skirt. I fell in love with this London Times Tiered Dress as soon as I saw it from Dillard’s.  See, tiered dresses are very flattering to my body. I don’t have a six pack abs.
