Lucy Lui Rocks. I absolutely love this white fitted blouse/blazer. Look at the puffy short sleeves. She’s wearing it with a white skirt. But this white blouse/blazer could be worn with anything. Don’t you think? Buttoned with the white belt like the way she’s wearing it or unbuttoned without the belt. You can even change the skinny belt into another color. Such versatility for 1 item.
