Lauren Conrad wore a beautiful one-shoulder blue dress from her own clothing line during the 2008 MTV Movie Awards. I didn’t include Lauren Conrad in my list of HOT celebs in mini and cocktail dress because I was hoping I’d dedicate a single post just for her and the dress. And of course I was bombarded with e-mails asking me where to get Lauren Conrad’s Blue Dress. Wheww. You ladies love to put me to work .
