This London Times white dress with embroidery on the neck, waist and hem is just gorgeous. The waist is pleated and neck is in halter style. If it wasn’t for the plunging scalloped trim neckline which I love by the way, it almost looks like a Stepford Wife dress eh? Almost, actually it could pass as one .
