This Proenza Schouler Scarf Collar Tie Blouse is not on sale. It’s actually part of the romantic blouse collection from Neiman Marcus Fall. I don’t mind tie-neck blouses but not this huge. I prefer mine tied one time then cascading in the middle instead of a huge bow in my neck.
