]]> After having been absent from Forever21 for a while now, I checked the dresses out today and one of the dresses I like is this Tubular Beaded Striped Dress. It has a fun and flirty qualities that I could see myself wearing with either booties or knee-high boots. I created a look for less to show you how I’ve interpret the dress for a casual look.

You can either go without the patterned tights if you want to show a little bit of skin. Tights or no tights, the dress could go either way. And it will also look good with knee-high boots. A simple black and silver combo outfit for a casual day but it sure looks beautiful, no?

As long as it’s reasonable of course. With proper execution and the confidence, you and I could pull this looks off, marvelously. Ah, it doesn’t matter what you think, this time anyway, coz I really like this look. It makes me feel young and COOL :) .
