Pick your cuff faux suede booties. I’m so dying to buy a pair but my husband will have a conniption if I buy another pair of boots. I just bought 2 pairs, LOL. But aren’t these ankle boots just too sexy? Katie Holmes wears her pair a lot. Not this brand of course. Jennifer Lopez has also rocked her own booties during the recently concluded NY Fashion Week.

Here’s an example of how you could wear the oxford heels trend that I know is going to have a big impact again this Fall. I’m sure you could wear it without tights for now, but once it gets cold, tights it is . Please NO Leggings with oxford heels. I’m going to say it now, if you go that way, you’re going to look RIDICULOUS. Yes to tights, No to leggings.

Fall Fashion : Ruffle With Bow Wrap Blouse

This ruffle with bow wrap blouse is a perfect example of the romantic blouses that’s going to be huge this fall that I told you guys about. And showed some from the TJMaxx 2008 Fall collection. It could get really overboard with all the huge bows on the neck. But I wouldn’t mind wearing this wrap bow blouse with ruffles on the neck blouse from Forever21. With Jeans, trouser or pencil skirt, we’re going to have a chi Fall that’s for sure .

Marshalls Fall 2008 Shoes Collection Preview

You’ll notice in a bit what direction Marshalls Fall 2008 Shoes Collection went for. Pay attention to the colors. A lot of grays. There are blacks and other bright colors but gray is mostly the focal point this Fall 2008. Not a lot of prints either. As for styles and designs, we’ve seen them through the years. Nothing really earth shattering shoes-orgasm but they’re good nonetheless .

*There’s another set of shoes I need to add but it’s loading too damn slow. One that’s loaded, I’ll add it here right away.

To tell you the truth, I’m not really impressed. I do like the lacy booties but that’s just it. The flat knee-high boots with zippers aren’t that sexy. I prefer my boots with heels. What do you guys think so far? Visit a Marshalls store near you to check ‘em out.

Getting Ready For Fall 2008 | Fall ‘07 Looks

It’s Fall already? Well not quite. We still got about a month to go but I’m pretty sure you ladies are already gearing up for it. I enjoyed Fall season last year coz I was able to transition summer outfits onto the season with Fall twists. With North Carolina’s weather, I could pretty much come up with outfits and not worry about freezing my ass off too much unlike Upstate New York which we lived in for 8 years. Fall and Winter in New York is different from Fall and Winter in NC, or California. You can actually wear heeled knee-high boots without falling flat on your butt due to snow, if you know that I mean .

Anyway, I’m trying to gather my thoughts, and files for Fall/Winter so please bear with me. I’m trying to “organize” myself. I also have Back-To-School to get ready for with my 5th grader and my daughter is turning 2 this Monday (BBQ party this Sunday). So Yes, everything is hectic.

While I do this, let me show some of my Fall looks last year.

Sunday Ensemble | Satin Purple Blouse & Pinstripes Trouser

Just a satin purple blouse and pinstripes trouser combo outfit for a day at the Church yesterday. I’ve had this ensemble idea in my head for weeks. I’m glad I was finally able to put it into fruition . A few pieces put together yet it’s chic and certainly a sophisticated look for a 30 yr old mother of 2.
