While my family and I are en route our vacation to the beach (and some rock concert for Hubs and son), check out this dress. Isn’t it gorgeous? I think we can call this an avant garde dress. Probably couture too.
Anyway, I’m not familiar with who Simmone Jade McKinnon is but dang if she’s not wearing such a unique dress with all the people’s faces on ‘em . I’ll try to find out who made it but if someone of you knows it, please let us know. Thanks

I was finally able to catch the new season of Project Runway this weekend and who knew I’ve missed it so . The designers challenge was to create a cocktail dress out of eco-friendly fabrics. Which by the way were bought by their respective models. The mystery guest judge was eco-friendly celeb fashionista Natalie Portman. So what does that have to do with Audrina and Heidi?

Nelly Furtado should call Arthur Mendoza and apologize profusely for ruining this goddess-inspired dress. How did she ruin it, you ask? First mistake is that gold choker on her neck. She would’ve been better off with a bare neck. Second, the whole time she was walking the at red carpet, she had that stupid facial expression. WTF? Even when she presented something during the show. Did she like stand in front of her mirror and practice that stupid smile? I wanted to wipe it off her face.

Natasha Bedingfield looked absolutely beautiful in her purple belted dress from Reem Acra. At first glance during the red carpet, I thought she looked like Jessica Biel. An up-close look during the interview session made me think of Natalie Wood. Then Debbie Metonoupolis from E! said the same thing. So I knew then that my eyes weren’t fooling me .

Faith Hill looks stunning in this one-shoulder black gown from Valentino. Most of the ladies went for bold colors which I loved but Mrs. McGraw went for black and she looks absolutely gorgeous. The hair is perfect. Jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz was toned down. Aaaahhh. Words can not express how much I love this whole look. Faith Hill, you rock!

Beyonce is wearing an Elie Saab creation which I actually love on her. It’s not gold which is her signature look during award shows but it’s still sparkly AND surprisingly stunning with the blue tulle skirt. But then again, I’m biased when it comes to hues of blue .
