This lovely floral print halter top, which is backless from Forever21 is on sale for $7.99. With the exception of the button detail at the bust, which I found unnecessary, this top is quite feminine. I particularly love the hem part. This will look good with any pants and colored heels. It is black and white therefore it wouldn’t clash with anything.
