I saw this floral strapless pleated dress from Forever21 and I just couldn’t keep my eyes off of it. It’s not cute. It’s chic if worn properly.
Floral Strapless Pleated Dress, $22.80
Black wide-elastic belt, $9.80
Slingback Fuchsia Pumps, $22.99
I thought using a black belt as a waist accent would tone down the bold floral print slightly. Any black wide belt would do. This way, the fuchsia pumps would look overboard with the color of the dress.

Bring on the bells coz for the 2nd(?) time, I genuinely like what Heidi Montag is wearing. She looks tame and gorgeous in this black cap sleeves dress which is knee length. I love her fuchsia peep-toe pumps. I think (not sure) it’s Miss Dior Platform Pumps which runs about $600. I have to admit, she looks grand.
