If you haven’t heard it by now, Goody’s is going out of business. The website is not even available anymore. It’s really sad because I love that store. I’ve found great brand name stuff (polka-dot dress, Breakin’Loose white dress, etc)  there in very affordable prices. If you remember, Ashley Judd’s collection made it’s home at Goody’s in 2007. From tops, jeans, coats, and bags. I’ve always wanted to get my hands on an Ashley Judd item but they were still a little pricey for my wallet.

There’s a funny story about this Breakin’ Loose White Spaghetti straps Smocked dress. I didn’t know I had it…LOL. I was setting bags aside in my room yesterday so the Hubs could vacuum and run the carpet cleaner when I came upon a bag from Goody’s. I was surprised to find this white smocked dress. Suffice it to say, I wore it when we went out to run some errands .

I found some beautiful printed tops at Goody’s the other day. And guess what, they’re under $10 each. I really love that place. Brand names in sale prices. What could be better? Well showing them to you perhaps?

Ashley Judd now has her own clothing line. You can find them at Goody’s. It’s one of my favorite stores. I’ve digged quite a lot of my stylish bargain haulages there like my black polka dot wrap dress and the tan version few months later. Right now, the Ashley Judd Collection is a little expensive for my pocket, ranging from $50 to $20. But I’m sure in a few months there will be some items on sale. I’m following(copying, whatever )in Sasha’s footsteps and declare my own love affair with dresses. Next to shoes(except sneakers and flats), I go insane over dresses. Classics, prints, different fabrics/cuts/styles, bring ‘em all. I wear it during Spring/Summer season with heels and wedges and during Fall/Winter with my knee-high boots. The print is not really visible on this picture but this is a black polka-dot faux-wrap dress. I found this dress by digging at Goody’s sales rack last December as a part of my shopping spree gift from the hubby. The original ticket price was $30 but was on sale for $9.98 BUT this favorite store of mine was also having their 50% off sale on already On Sale items during that time so the cashier rang it up to $4.99.
