A little break from all our bargains, let’s talk about Rihanna and her new kick-ass short hair. Talk about a Bob. This short hairstyle reminds me of Demi Moore’s hair for the movie GHOST which by the way I had done with my hair after watching the movie. I hated it afterwards. I looked fine, It was just such a big change for me after having a long hair all my life. That’s when I vowed to never cut my hair short again…LOL.

But anyway, Rihanna looks great. But then again she looks great with any hair style. Even if she’s wearing a huge belt buckle for a top

I must also give Rihanna props for her grey gown. I don’t understand the multi-color ribbon on the back but it’s ok. It added color to the dress. The grecian-inspired shoes is marvelous too. Check out how high it is. And check out all her rings. FABULOUS!

Here’s Eva Longoria in London showing off her new hairstyle. Eva Longoria has bangs. Woohoo. She’s always sported long hair with long bangs swept on the side. I’ve become and avid fan of hairstyle with bangs. I love my bangs. And iVillage did say that bangs will continue to be the “it” hairstyle for 2008. Awesome

Hairstyle ala Cashmere Mafia Frances O’Connor | I Want It!

First of, I LOVE CASHMERE MAFIA. I love the powerful career women/bestfriends who will kick your ass with their 4 inch heels and couture/high-end designer outfits. Frances O’Connor’s character is my favorite coz she plays a career wife and mother who is trying real hard to do it all. I love Frances O’Connor period. The Cashmere Mafia ladies are featured in InStyle Magazine January issue. The issue where Katie Holmes gushes about Tom Cruise. My husband picked the magazine up for me(isn’t he sweet?) the other day when I asked him to pick up a box of diapers . Anyway, I’m gushing over Frances O’Connor’s hairstyle.

My hairstyle looks like her. Well sorta. The bangs, short wavy layers on the front, and medium wavy layers on the back. Of course she’s prettier, heh. My hair is probably longer though. I wish I could style it the way InStyle hairstylists did for the magazine. I tried today but it wasn’t even close…LOL. All I did is apply Body Envy Mousse after shower, blow dry, then gathered it all up with a clip while I did my make-up to give it a little bit of curl. VOILA!

The 2nd picture of Frances, her hair is a little curly on the ends. I wish I had time for the curling iron today but I’m already running behind as it is. One of these days I’ll try to make my hair curly like that. Wish me luck

The SIL Fashionista Got A Hair Style Make Over. Big Time!

I’ve always had one length long hair style. Pretty much all my life. Early of this year, 5 months after my second child was born(August ‘06), I decided to get some bangs. For 7 months I’ve been sporting long hair with bangs. Well, until this morning. I still have my bangs, but the long hair is gone. And I
absolutely-freaking-love-it. Let me take you down the memory lane…

Here I am on May 2007,

Here I am, this morning, about 8am. I asked my husband to take a picture of my back showing my long hair but evidently, he took a picture of something else….

After, $50 later, haircut, shampoo and blow-dry, and styling…

VOILA! I love it. Sooo different.

See, I wouldn’t spend $50 on 1 pair of shoes but would surely find 3 pairs from the 20 pairs of less than $20 shoes list for that amount but I wanted a new hair cut. A new hair style. I was really due for a big change. It seems like with Women, when we say change, we always go for the hair eh? I’m going to dye it light auburn sometime next week, so watch out for more new pictures. New hair style but I’m going back to my *ahem* old hair color. FUN.

So what do you all think? Do I look pretty in my new medium length layered with bangs hair style?.
