H&M Comme des Garcons, designed by avant garde designer Rei Kawakubo will release a line of accessories for Women and Men, as well as unisex fragrance on November 13th, Thursday. Katie Holmes has been seen around town in NYC with her H&M Comme des Garcons polk-dot scarf a lot.

Although too much polka-dots on one outfit like Katie did on the first picture is a little over the top and pretty much a fashion faux pas, Katie Holmes likes her “bargains” so we’ll let this slide for now .

After wearing the most ugly looking white satin one-piece outfit with lace, Katie Holmes has been seen around town trying to make amends to the Fashion Gods by looking stylish again. I think the linked outfit sounded great during sketch and conception time but the execution fell apart completely. Anyhooo, here is Katie Holmes wearing a belted plaid blouse with flare jeans and boots accessorized with a scarf. I’m not a plaid person except with skirts but I like this look from Mrs. Tom Cruise. She’s starting to fit real well in Manhattan .

Thanks to our awesome reader Paula for sharing with us another option for the blue Katie Holmes’ Tie-Front Top. This Silk tie-Neck Blouse is from La Redoute and is on sale for $19.99. Besides the citrus color, you can also get it in black. I think I like the citrus color .

Ever since I saw this Katie Holmes picture where she is wearing a blue tie-front top with puffy sleeves 3 days ago I’ve been obsessed on finding a cheaper version. I don’t know what brand she’s wearing but I’m sure it costs more than my monthly car payment…..LOL. Well I finally found one albeit it doesn’t look exactly like it, pretty close though.

I found this chiffon tie-front top from Wet Seal for $34.50. The fabric is completely different. Katie’s Top is cotton-knit while the one I found is chiffon metallic with a little stripe detail. And I think the bow-tie is optional. You can tie it the way Katie tied her top. We’ll I’m hoping anyway..hehehe. Well, it’s tie-front top and is pretty close.. LOL. Don’t worry, I’m looking for more and I’ll post them when I do. Thanks for your patience
