]]> sil-tips.pngI get a lot of questions from friends and e-mail inquiries on The Secret To Wearing Heels. Well my 1st answer is that I’ve gotten used to it since I’ve been wearing heels for a long time. Truth be told, I started when I was 16 yrs old. Suffice it to say, I’m a pro at wearing heels. BUT, there is one secret that women who wear heels could attest to. Trust me, this is also the secret among the Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, and Manolo Blahnik’s celebrity shoeholics. It’s the Gel Heel Cushion Liners. The Hollywood Fashionistas probably wear the Dr. School’s brand or some other expensive brand but I mostly buy the Kiwi Fresh brand.

I buy mine at Wal-Mart for $4(1-pair) pack. There’s also disposable packs for less than $5. The gel liners have varieties to fit the style of shoes you wear. There’s a liner for pumps, sandals, and even for the straps. Not only do the gel cushion liners help your comfort level in wearing those 3 inches(or more) heels, it also lessens the callouses at the bottom of your feet. Well it does to me. So here is the BIG secret, but not really, among the heels-shoeholics community :) . Try it today and feel the difference!
