These L.E.I v-neck ruched tunics have been in my watchful eyes for weeks. What attracted me to these tunics are the two-toned designs. 1st tones are a solid colors, 2nd tones are in prints, respectively. I just wasn’t sure if I was willing to pay the prices though. I mean they were actually below the retail price since they’re from AAFES(military department store) but a bargain fashionista like me has learned through the years that chances are they’re going to go on sale 2 weeks laters. Hah. Well that 2 weeks came today. If there was a better day to buy these tunics, it’s today. Not only were they showing my favorite yellow tag of 75% off, another 25% was taken out at the check-out. Like Hellloooo…. Original price was $14, minus 75% off, they were on sale for $3.50. Plus another 25% off, I paid $2.62, each.

I will be wearing this with jeans that’s for sure. Perfect for an early Fall tops that will carry over for early Spring. Cool Huh?

L.E.I Floral Tube-Halter Smocked Top For $5

First off, I told you I shopped last weekend right? I didn’t? Well here it goes . Ok, just because I’m building up my Fall and classic pieces collections does not mean I’ve forgotten prints, colors and cute tops. Which is why when I saw this L.E.I floral print tube-halter tunic top from AAFES with the yellow ticket of 75% off, in my size, I grabbed it right away. It’s still hot here in NC. We are bordering 100 in humidity index so this top is going to be getting a lot of mileage before Fall season. I could also use it for Fall as well, with a jacket over it so it’s good on any seasons, really. The bust area is smocked by the way, except it’s only on the back. Really cute. I can’t wait to wear it with my new black wash pair of denim jeans which I still have to post in here. Opps I almost forgot, this top came out to be only $5. Darn, I love 75% off stuff.

If I’m not in dresses and heels(wedges), I’m wearing jeans and graphic tees and stilettos (or wedge, platform flip flops). Here I am today in my new OLD NAVY long dark-wash boot cut jeans($14.99), L.E.I graphic tee with ruched sides at the hem that I found at AAFES(military department store) last Memorial Day sale for only $4.25. It used to be $17. STEAL!. Black “buckle” stilettos from another AAFES store back when we used to live in NY, $12.

I cuffed the ends of the jeans by the way ‘coz they’re just too long. I don’t want to trip over ‘em with my stilettos, yah know .

The Italian nomination link charms bracelet is probably the most expensive item in this ensemble. Small charms cost about $6 each while the big square ones were $10. I collected these like 3 years ago. As you can see in the “I *heart* My Mom* square, the “heart* is gone. The paint has washed off through the years. So yes, ignore the bracelet..LOL. The whole thing probably costs close to $100 if not more. It’s a timely piece since it represents ME, and my family .Anyhooo, the other tan wood and beads bracelet was only $1. The heart shaped pendant necklace colorful crystal studs was a gift from Krisa. Sterling silver hoop earrings for my ears. The black sunnies was $5 I think. I can’t remember anymore. But I know it’s a cheap one from somewhere I also can’t remember. I’m having a “Mommy Brain” right now. I apologize.

Nevertheless, I look good, Hah.
