I saw this chic and lovely boucle tie-front sweater top at TULLE and it reminded me of the similar top that Katie Holmes wore a few years ago which I copied for less. Interestingly enough, Katie Holmes is a huge fan of TULLE. Anyhooo, I created a chic look for less outfit using the tie-front top for all of us.

A casual yet chic outfit for regular days or when you’re having a casual work meeting. Change the clutch into a tote if you prefer. The Levi’s jeans is on sale so you might want to check that out as well. Wear cage pumps to add an oomph into your jeans outfit. It’ll make you look sophisticated and trendy at the same time. Plus you can use the same cage pumps with dresses or skirts too.

I fell in love with this La Belle Retro Dress as soon as I saw it. I love the colorblock style and the colors used to feature the 3 panels. Since it’s only $15, I figured I’d create a look for less for all of us. A simple dress and heels outfit that could work for any occasion.

The dress itself has a colorblock style utilizing the black, grey and hot pink colors. It’s accented with a circle rhinestone on the shoulder and gathered waist detail. This retro dress is really lovely. For a cover up, a glam satin coat wouldn’t hurt to have. A sexy pair of evening stilettos and a black clutch are all you need to complete your look. Perhaps diamond stud and tennis bracelet for accessories too if you want.

Fall Look: Ruffled Top, Skirt & Booties

I must say that I liked what I put together for an outfit today. It’s pretty simple yet chic and very Fall-ish. It’s the the first outfit where I wore my new Qupid Black Booties.

The whole ensemble is like I said very simple but I love how it matches the early Fall season. If it got cold I could have just out on a basic black blazer jacket to keep me warm. But the weather was fairly nice so I didn’t have to go elaborate on a casual outfit for a casual day.

I wish I bought a pair of booties sooner coz I really like them. I love hot it made the look chic yet with a “rocker” and trendy edge. I’m excited to come up with more outfits to pair it with and of course I’ll show them to you.

Here is a chic look for less involving a pretty floral chiffon blouse and black trouser. This ensemble could be worn as work wear or a night out in town with a date or friends. Or you could go to work in it, then have a drink afterwards with co-workers/friends to release all that weekday stress. All I know it that I’d love to own each of the pieces in this box.

A Belted Tweed Dress from Charlotte Russe looks so chic that’s it’s screaming for an overall look for less creation from me. I listened to the call and came up with this chic and feminine ensemble for the Fall.

Isn’t it lovely? I know the grey & black combo have a tendency to look dull which is why I accented the outfit with gold accessories. Even the bracelet is a little wider than other bangles to give it that pop of gold color. For a more mature look, black pumps would go nicely with the belted dress. For a youthful yet still feminine-grown up look, then you’ll want to incorporate booties with the dress.

You know when you see a piece of clothing and instantly you get ideas of how to wear it or what to wear it with? That’s what happens to me (as it usually does) when I saw this Baby’s Breath Teal Tunic from Lulu’s. So I went to work and created 2 look for less that I hope you like as well.

Katie Holmes’ TULLE pleated skirt look the other day inspired me to do my own top, skirt and flats look yesterday. Katie wore a cardigan over her top. My weather hasn’t been that breezy to wear any cardigan yet so I just went without it. I think I looked just as chic as Katie. Not as expensive but chic nonetheless.

Pardon my uber-excited reaction but as soon as I saw this Ruffled Crepe Dress from Forever21, she/it and I had an instant connection. I love that it’s in colorblock styling, with the ruffling accents on the top. It is such a chic dress that I would love to have in my closet right now. And it will be in a few weeks.

You can actually wear this dress with any kind of black pumps or stilettos but I wanted to test how cage pumps would look with it. I like it. It gives it that modern and edgy vibes. You know what else I like, it’s the fact that it’s actually right above the knee. Compare to the other Forever21 dresses lately where they’re all mid-thigh length. What’s up with that F21?

If you are feeling adventurous, how about a striking red Chanel quilted shoulder bag? Chanel? Sure why not, you already saved on the whole outfit, spend a little on the bag. If not you can always buy something more affordable. A red or silver clutch would be nice too. If you prefer a silver one, then go for it.
