Miley Cyrus looks MARVELOUS. I love her Zuhair Murhad silver with black trims petal-tiered belted ballgown. The wide belt gave it a youthful touch. The dress is very Cinderella-esque era 2009. One of the stores that Miley Cyrus dropped in on during her shopping spree all over Los Angeles last weekend was none other than our favorite, Forever21. Although Forever21 has a few mishaps here and there, we still love it for all the inexpensive yet chic and trendy fashion goodies that we find on a daily basis.
So YAY Miley Cyrus. I’m so proud of you for spending some of your sweet 16 birthday money “allowance” on bargain shopping . This is another reason why I like the teen pop star .
