How fun and flirty is this Morgan & Company Ruffled Tiered Dress?
I wish the length is a little longer though. I’d look desperate with this dress on. I love the color, heart-shaped top, and the ruffled tiered skirt. If I was maybe 5 years younger then I’d be all over this dress. I’m not calling myself old but let’s face it, a woman in her 30’s would look ridiculous tying to pull this dress off.
