This Muse Empire-Waist Bubble dress used to be $220. Guess what the sale price is now? It’s $55. Great Deal, don’t you think? The ruffled shoulder straps are gorgeous. Correct me if I wrong but I think the print brocade-ish. A definitely stunning dress.
