Anchor Blue Says Bye To Heidi Montag’s Line

According to NY Mag’s The Cut After it’s 1 year contract, Anchor Blue says sayonara to Heidi Montag’s “Heidiwood” fashion line. I just heard Lauren Conrad giggling in the background…LOL . Just in case you missed it, LC’s clothing line was just recently dropped by Kitson.

Damn, just when I thought I’d try the whory clothes that Heidiwood offers, Anchor Blue drops it. Oh well, Sorry Heidi. NOT!

Ruffled Shirred Satin Blouse, Yay Or Nay?

I love purple. I also like ruffles, done minimally. I adore blouses. I think satin is divine. But this purple ruffled shirred satin blouse is such a eye sore to me. I think if they stuck to just pure satin and no shirring at the bottom, this blouse would look so beautiful. The shirred elastic waist is just not a good look on this blouse. I’m so disappointed how they ruined the satin. Only a size 00 or 0, or 1 or 2 or under10 to be able to wear this shirred blouse. All that shirring is not flattering to any woman who are over size 10.

What do you think? Yay or Nay?

This is about as desperate an America’s Next Top Model Winner could get. I loved Jaslene Gonzalez. I was glad when she won. She was the best from that ANTM season so she deserved to win. Now this? WTF???? Wear a ‘effin shirt girl. Nudity underneath a black blazer is pathetic and desperate.

FYI skinny models, you can look just as hot,and gorgeous with class wearing clothes.

Heidiwood is Heidi Montag’s answer to Lauren Conrad’s uber-expensive boring clothing line. Heidi wants to reach to people who wants to look good but don’t want to spend too much money. Heidi wants us to dress like a bunch of ho’s and sluts. Pretty much.

I actually like Heidi Montag. But I’ll be damned if I have to starve myself to fit in one of her clothes just to look like a skank. Sorry Heidi but if my friends and I want to look stylish in less, we’ll stick with Style It Less. I heard that the chic behind that fabulous bargain fashion blog could find ANYTHING in bargains and sales and you don’t have to worry about looking like a 2 cents whore. .

Nicole Miller Mosaic Print Stretch Silk Dress, FUUUGGGLLLY!

It pains me to say anything bad about a Nicole Miller dress. I am usually featuring gorgeous Nicole Miller dresses on sale here at Style It Less. But this strapless mosaic print stretch silk dress is just so horrendously looking I feel like stabbing my eyes with an icepick. Well, close to it anyway. This dress was supposedly designed to flatter a woman’s body. Being a woman with curves I do appreciate the gesture but geez, did Nicole Miller forget the aesthetic factor? Granted I can’t afford it even if the sale price is $329.90 but I wouldn’t buy if it’s Nicole Miller for $5. Yah know?. Where would anyone wear this dress? Sometimes, leaving a black dress as a solid black dress is a good idea. Leave it to the woman to accessorize it with eye popping colors. Haven’t these designers learned anything from Audrey Hepburn?
