Debra Messing wore a stunning Ralph Lauren black strapless dress at the 2008 Glamour Women of the Year Awards on November 10th. I love how the bodice is fitted with sparkly embellishments then it gathers on the knee with a tulle hem. The dress probably costs a lot  but don’t fret my dears coz I found a black strapless frock that looks almost like it.
