I fell in love with this blue ruffled romantic blouse as soon as my eyes laid on it. Some may think it’s too much but if you’re smart enough to pair it with minimal things, you’d look every bit as chic and sophisticated like those Women on TV or movies . This ruffle with bow wrap blouse is a perfect example of the romantic blouses that’s going to be huge this fall that I told you guys about. And showed some from the TJMaxx 2008 Fall collection. It could get really overboard with all the huge bows on the neck. But I wouldn’t mind wearing this wrap bow blouse with ruffles on the neck blouse from Forever21. With Jeans, trouser or pencil skirt, we’re going to have a chi Fall that’s for sure .
