It could get really overboard with all the huge bows on the neck. But I wouldn’t mind wearing this wrap bow blouse with ruffles on the neck blouse from Forever21. Oh how much I love this polka-dot ruffled blouse from Style&Co. It reminds me so much of my polka-dot blouse with sash belt. Pretty huh? It used to be $49 from Macy’s, is now on sale for $23.99. You can wear this blouse with either a black or white trouser, OR a black or white skirt. What I’m trying to point out is that it’s so versatile coz you could wear it with anything solid color bottoms. Even with jeans if that’s where your mood is . Purrrrty!
