Pardon my uber-excited reaction but as soon as I saw this Ruffled Crepe Dress from Forever21, she/it and I had an instant connection. I love that it’s in colorblock styling, with the ruffling accents on the top. It is such a chic dress that I would love to have in my closet right now. And it will be in a few weeks.

Isn’t the periwinkle ruffled dress pretty? I was just going to feature it as is but I decided to come up with an Under $100 Look from it. Periwinkle color  be a challenge to pair with other colors especially with the ruffled details. So I went for the classic black. It goes with everything .

Is it just me or are there too many things going on with this Forever21 Ruffled Babydoll Dress? There’s the ruffles, which trust me I do like. then there’s the satin waist-tie which I also like. But not together. Just take the waist tie and leave it as ruffled dress or don’t do the ruffles and just do a waist tie babydoll dress. Know what I mean?
