This one-shoulder ruffled top from Forever21 looks kind of huge. I feel like it’s going to eat me alive. However, it’s really not all that bad.

One-Shoulder Ruffle Top

While I loved the layered ruffled one-shoulder neckline, the elasticized hem is more of my problem. They should’ve just left it flowy or added shape by turning it into trapeze style. But like I said, it’s not that bad.

It’s definitely pretty when paired with white or denim jeans, or with a trouser. With heels and a clutch perhaps to complete the look.

$28 at Forever21. Black and brown colors are available as well.

Style Fusion Ruffle Top, Under $60

This Style Fusion Ruffle Embroidered Top is actually a new one from Nordstrom. Pretty huh? Reminds me of my own My Michelle Embroidered Top. Love the details, don’t you? Ruffles on the neckline, and the embroidered scalloped hem. Purrrty. It’s new so right now it’s $58 which isn’t bad for a brand name top. But of course, we’d prefer it if it’s about $25, right? . I’ll just have to keep an eye out on it for you I guess. Let’s hope it goes on sale soon.

MARC by Marc Jacobs Ruffled Dobby Top, Under $50

As soon as I saw this Ruffled Dobby Top by MARC by Marc Jacobs, I was in love. Ruffles are so feminine and I’m a sucker for feminine details. Add the “love” factor it’s sale price of $47 compare to it’s original price of $188. Yeah I know. Neiman Marcus rules . It only comes in size 10 though and only available in black color. So if you are in that size and in need of a black feminine blouse to wear with a skirt, or a trouser, get this ruffled dobby top by Marc Jacobs for under $50.
