I love purple. I also like ruffles, done minimally. I adore blouses. I think satin is divine. But this purple ruffled shirred satin blouse is such a eye sore to me. I think if they stuck to just pure satin and no shirring at the bottom, this blouse would look so beautiful. The shirred elastic waist is just not a good look on this blouse.
