While admiring the makeover that UrbanOG recently got last weekend, I also saw a sale promo which said Free Shipping for $50 or more purchase. I immediately did a mental inventory on what shoes do I really need right now. I thought of a pair of black pumps. A patent kind to be specific. Now if I find something affordable I could include that with a few more pairs to get the FREE Shipping. I was determined to get the latter deal and I knew I could do it with a few more pairs of shoes that would be a good addition to my closet.

I ended up with 4 pairs, overall total of $54.96 and YES, free shipping. Individual feature on each shoe after the fold.

This is Wild Diva Gathered Pumps in navy blue. I have been wanting a pair of navy blue pumps for a while now so when I saw that these pair is on sale for $14.99 I said, “hey, now is the time to get one”. It actually looks better in person than the pictures. It has a satin round-toe and gathered design on the front.

I actually wanted either the fuchsia or turquoise colors of this Breckelle Pancy Strappy Sandal. But neither color have my size. I really like the strappy cage-like style and since I don’t have a pair of gold tone shoes I figured, I might as well. The sale price of $8.99 certainly convinced me even more. Good thing I bought it then coz now the size is gone. Maybe I purchased the last one, wheww.

Besides navy blue, I have also been drooling over purple colored pumps and stilettos. Every time I see one I get really tempted to buy it but I somehow managed to stop myself. I keep telling myself that a purple pair of shoes would be hard to pair with something unless I’m going to a wedding. However, the mismatching trend is the new black nowadays so to speak so I finally gave in. Besides, giving up that $11.99 sale price would have been stupid, no? The rhinestone decor on the front and the pleating on the back are just BEAUTIFUL. My feet look beautiful with them on too.

And finally, the black patent pee-toe pumps from Wild Diva as well. This was on sale for $17.99 and good thing I got it then coz I can’t find the shoes on the website anymore. A pair of black pumps goes with everything so if you don’t have one yet, get a pair now.

If you are wondering about the qualities of shoes from stores like UrbanOG, of course it’s nothing compare to Christian Louboutin or Manolo’s but not all of us can afford those. I’m not going to be wearing any of these pair of shoes everyday. Therefore I am able to take care of my shoes and make them last for a while. With these new addition in my shoes collection I’ll be able to play around more and feel confident that if an occasion or my mood calls for it, I have a pair ready to be aired out. And all I had to do was take advantage of the FREE Shipping promo from UrbanOG. YAY!

UrbanOG Gets A Makeover

UrbanOG is the shoe store I go to for affordable shoes which could easily rival designer shoes, in looks and price department. As for quality, well, they work for me since I’m not walking around wearing them all the time. And I take care of my shoes pretty well. UrbanOG is also the place where I get most of the shoes featured in Style It Less. Either for celebrity looks for less or the many looks for less creations I come up with on a daily basis.

UrbangOG carries nice products, not only in shoes but also a few clothing, accessories, and handbags. However, their website looked generic. It wasn’t something that would catch your attention at all. Until yesterday. UrbanOG went through a really gorgeous makeover. And I like it!

I like how the whole site was overhauled and not just the front page. The cute little boxes for the selection under each category, and the more organized look for individual product pages. Aesthetics of a website definitely counts when people are shopping. It’s more exciting and surely inspiring.

Great job UrbangOG. I’m definitely looking forward to shopping more in your online store.

Charlotte Russe Shoes Sale : August 17th

I found 3 pairs of shoes from Charlotte Russe clearance section that would match the Fall season beautifully. I think you will like the styles and the fact that each pair is on slae for under $15 each. NICE!

Spectator Platforms

Spectator Platform, $14.99. Available in sizes 6 to 10. If I didn’t just buy 2 new pairs of shoes a few nights ago, I would buy this in a heartbeat. Put on black tights, a skirt for a sexy Fall outfit.

Red Patent Cage Pumps, $11.49. This is also available in white. Too bad there only size 6 and 8. A sexy stilettos for a night out with friends.

Strappy Ring Platforms, $12.49. It’s only available in size 8. Bummer. Brown tights, with dress or skirt in neutral colors would look nice with this platforms.

So what style do you like best? I’m really digging the spectator platforms. I’m thinking really hard if I should get it. What do you think?

H&M Fall 2009 Shoes Collection

Can you believe we are approaching Fall Fashion? Time flies fast when you’re having so much fun wearing sundresses, shorts, and open-toed shoes. Speaking of shoes, H&M is showcasing sexy footwear in it’s Fall 2009 collection. Let me show you a few examples of the bevy of gorgeous shoes you’ll see at the H&M stores near you.

I love how there are still pumps included with the boots. While I like the brown knee-high platform boots, the cut out white ankle boots doesn’t make sense to me however. The brown boots has stacked heels which I always prefer when it comes to Fall or Winter boots. I also like the Platform Mary Jane pumps and Gladiator Cage pumps. It would work so nice with fall skirts and black tights underneath, don’t you think? I don’t know if I would ever wear white boots but the suede-like texture certainly didn’t escape my eyes. I hope it also comes in black because then I would be all over it.
