You ladies know it’s that time of the year again at PAYLESS right? I mean it’s all over TV commercials these days. But One Get One Half Off. Gotta love them deals. This is probalby the best time to stock up on trendy shoes that will go on for a while. Like black flats, leopard print probably, black stilettos should be on your list too, flip flops that you might want to save until next Summer’s beach vacation, all sorts of shoe styles.
