I’m getting so excited. It’s dress season time without having to wear tights underneath. But, while it’s short dresses season, it’s also Maxi Dresses season. The question is not whether I (we) should get this Forever21 Beaded Halter dress. It’s “which color” should I (we) get . The quintessential summer dress color is white, but the orange, black, and cocoa are gorgeous too.
