I just bought this OLD NAVY Navy blue Nautical Mini Dress yesterday during the crazy Black Friday but I couldn’t wait to wear it so today is the first day I’m donning this cute mini-dress. I wore black tights underneath, and paired it PAYLESS black knee-high boots. Accessories are, Xhilaration long beads necklace, white bangle from Claire’s and sterling silver dangling earrings.
