This is a part 2 of the gladiator knee-high sandals poll I did a few months ago. Back in summer actually. I didn’t understand how it was considered cute back then and I still don’t. Much to my chagrined, the gladiator boots trend went to the next level. Now we have knee-high gladiator boots, with heels no less, all over the place.

I could understand it if you’re Pink or Rihanna and you’re wearing it during a performance. I could see it on artists rocking out on stage. Or, if you’re a stripper, heh. However, I just can’t fathom regular people walking around in gladiator knee-high boots while it’s 20 freaking degrees outside. Even if it’s not for that matter. Please, tell me you’re not actually considering it. While boots are fashionable and chic, they’re actually comfortable during cold weather. They keep your legs and feet warm. C’mon now.

Looking at the gladiator boots on top, I can see myself throwing it out of the window after the 3rd buckle.

So, gladiator knee-high boots with heels, Yay or Nay?

While everything went wonky yesterday here at b5media, sorry everyone, things do happen, I was able to keep my sanity after seeing this picture of Eva Longoria wearing a gold sequined dress. Sure I whined and joked about hitting the bottle of Johnny Walker but upon seeing this picture I realized there are worse things happening in the world than not being able to blog. Like how Eva Longoria wore a stupid gold sequined potato sack, cinched it with a skinny belt and found her courage to get out of her house looking exactly like this.

I love you Eva. You usually look marvelous. But not with this thing, whatever it is. Thank You though for making me feel better yesterday. At least I won’t have to fire my stylist tomorrow for putting you in this crap, and reading about a no-name bargain fashion blogger *ahem* feeling good about herself because of your fashion faux-pas.
