How beautiful is this royal blue open shoulder top? The color alone is making me drool. As soon as I saw it, I was like, “OMGosh, I want it”. That open shoulder is very sexy. The flowy bodice is flattering. The smocked hem gives that a little ooomph into it. And Blue is my favorite color . I’d wear this with dark wash jeans and heels. Or maybe a short (not to short) denim skirt, tights underneath and knee-high boots. Ahhh, I want it. And I will have it. $22.80 from Forever21. But of course.

I was going to create an Under $100 look out of it but I figured it’s too beautiful that it deserve a feature by itself. .

How pretty is this Sweet Pea square neck tie sleeves top? I actually saw the same thing in green at the PX last night but it was in S size. I was pissed off. I wanted it so bad. Well, I found it on Smart Bargains on sale for $29.99 in sizes S, M, and L. Now we’re talking. I must tell you though, it was cheaper at the PX. I get irritated every time I think about it…LOL.

Anywya, the floral print is gorgeous. The tie sleeves detail is what I love most actually. A perfect top for black shorts, or jeans.
