Sweet Serenade Strapless Tiered Dress

Sweet Serenade Strapless Tiered Dress

I love this Sweet Serenade Strapless Tiered Dress from Lulu’s Fashion Lounge. I have a strong feeling you will like it too.
Check out the detailing on the tiers. Aren’t they gorgeous? It’s called twirl tiers. Combined with the sweetheart neckline, floral print, and the white and black combo, this dress is definitely a must buy. Well for me anyway.
I would wear this with either black pumps, gladiator pumps, or stilettos. How about you? It’s such a gorgeous cocktail dress, don’t you think? I can imagine all eyes on you when you walked into a party wearing this Sweet …read more

Max & Cleo Strapless Tiered Dress

Max & Cleo Strapless Tiered Dress

Like I said, I am a huge fan of tiered dresses. But I wasn’t too sure about the color splatter tiered dress that I posted about yesterday. However, this Max & Cleo strapless tiered dress is more like my style.
This Max & Cleo strapless tiered dress has ruched bodice and lovely rose detail on the bust. I can see myself wearing this dress with a pair of black or red pumps. The description mentioned it as an evening/formal dress so I don’t think we should wear casually during the day. This strapless tiered dress is currently on sale at …read more

Color Splatter Strapless Dress, Yay or Nay?

Color Splatter Strapless Dress, Yay or Nay?

I’m usually a big fan of tiered styles. I even thought a petal tiered top wasn’t bad at all. I feel differently about this color splatter strapless dress though.
The color splatter print and the bright colors remind me of 80’s. It’s 2009, 80’s has got to go. I think it’s actually the worst year in fashion, but that’s my opinion of course. If this dress was in black, white or maybe even yellow, blue or pink, I might be singing a different tune.
What do you think? Is this color splatter dress a Yay or Nay? Just in case, …read more

London Times Tiered Dress, Under $50

London Times Tiered Dress, Under $50

I fell in love with this London Times Tiered Dress as soon as I saw it from Dillard’s.  See, tiered dresses are very flattering to my body. I don’t have a six pack abs. I’ve discovered through the years that tiered/ruffled styles help out in hiding my little bumps here and there. While some people could get lost with the trends in fashion, it’s important to learn what works with your body.
I’m not saying you should have the body like the girls from "The Hills" or "Gossip Girls" to wear fashionable , stylish, or trendy clothes. Not at …read more

Macy’s $9.99 On Sale Dress I Wouldn’t Be Buying

Macy’s $9.99 On Sale Dress I Wouldn’t Be Buying

People would probably be surprised to know that not all On Sale clothing items end up in my closet. Just because they’re on sale that doesn’t mean I like them. Yah know. This usually happens because I’m not necessarily impressed with the design or style of a certain item. Not all bargains are stylish worthy. See, I’m a bargain fashionista who knows what looks good on me and tries to stick with my OWN style identity that I’ve cultivated and nurtured for myself through the years. Anyway, enough with the dramatics ……….
Here is a classic example of …read more
